Increased accessibility in 2011 for Ireland and Mallorca

Aer Lingus is adding a twice weekly service to Mallorca from 2011.   The flights will run from Cork to Palma de Mallorca which will make it even easier for the Irish to enjoy this beautiful Balearic Island.

This news is welcomed by Taylor Wimpey de España who has already announced doubled property sales figures in Mallorca this week from the previous year. Victor Sague, Sales Director of Taylor Wimpey de España said:

“Mallorca is quite rightly seen as a jewel in the Mediterranean. The Irish – coming from their own Emerald Isle – have always enjoyed Mallorca and it is great news that it will now be even easier for them to travel here.

“Irish overseas home buyers can take advantage of the re-priced stock that is fast running out in Mallorca. An example of this is our development Los Altos del Golf, extremely popular with investors. This development consists of apartments and townhouses with views over the sea or the golf course.

“The connoisseurs of Mallorca often choose Andratx, on the south west coast of the island as their favourite destination; this magical upmarket location is the very reason why Taylor Wimpey selected this site for its exclusive development.”

Los Altos del Golf is just 30 km from Palma de Mallorca and about the same distance, approximately 25 minutes drive, from Mallorca’s international airport Son Sant Joan.

Properties at Los Altos del Golf are available now from €410,000. Contact Taylor Wimpey de España today on 00 34 971 706 244 or visit www.taylorwimpeyspain.com for more information.
