According to the most recent report by the EU statistical office, Eurostat, the heart of the construction sector in Spain is beating once again, with national production growing by 4.1% in June compared with the same month in 2012.

This increase places Spain as the second most active Eurozone nation in this sector with Spanish house builder Taylor Wimpey España leading the way. Pritchard said the Spanish property market according to Taylor Wimpey España has been “incredible” over the last 12 months, adding that he hasn´t seen interest levels as high for many years as people used their summer holidays to hunt for their ideal second home.
