With two luxury apartments already sold off plan, the development has been causing quite a stir ahead of launch with Richard Cracknell, Director of appointed selling agent, Edwards & Elliott, commenting,

The report went on to say that more than a third of potential downsizers (37%) want to downsize to support their retirement plans and nearly half (43%) said they wanted to reduce their bills and outgoings.

I think, all things considered, that this year will see a return to ‘normality’ in the property market in this area with mortgages more easily available and continued growth – hopefully gentle, sustainable growth in house prices!
